Yeastrol is a homeopathic product used to relieve symptoms of yeast infections. It works by improving your immune system and helps you fighting yeast infections. It is used to relieve symptoms of yeast infections (e.g. itching), especially if infection is caused by Candida (most common type of fungus that causes yeast infections).

It should be avoided in patients allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are experiencing symptoms of an allergy, such as:

- swelling of the lips,
- swelling of the tongue or difficulty breathing call your doctor immediately.
If your symptoms persist or get worse after one week of using this medicine, discontinue use and call your doctor.
This medicine can be used to prevent yeast infections. It should be used for at least 6 months, to help you prevent yeast infections.
Yeastrol should be avoided in patients under the age of 12.
Bear in mind that this medicine does not cure infections. It only helps you fight against infection and relieve symptoms. It also helps you prevent yeast infection.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
It should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, because there are no reports about Yeastrol safety during pregnancy.
It is not known whether it passes into breast milk. Avoid use during the breastfeeding.
How to use Yeastrol
It is found in the form of spray. You should spray two times under the tongue three times a day. It can be used in both men and women. If your symptoms are getting worse, consult your doctor.
Long term use (at least six months) is recommended for prevention of yeast infections.
Use of Yeastrol with other medicines (Interactions)
There are no reports about interactions with other medicines. However, if you are using other medicines in the form of spray (such as nitroglycerine spray), consult your doctor.
Yeastrol side effects
Side effects are not reported in academic paper. However, it does not mean that this medicine does not have them. Call your doctor if you think your medicine has cause an unwanted side effect.
